Rule of the heart:
Freedom of choice – freedom to choose what is good for you
The Implementation Tool:
Categorization – prioritization and decision-making
When you announced your pregnancy you probably started to get advice from different people. You've heard stories about pregnancy and childbirth. Every story and everybody probably pulled you in a different direction.
All right... It's good to get advice from experienced people but it's also very important to listen to your inner voice (your ringtone). You should use it to help you choose what works for you and what does not. Freedom of choice is your inner anchor, and you choose where to place it.
Instead of being influenced by stories of others, you have to remember that you have the right to choose what's good for your body and what it is that you want to put into your consciousness.
Hang on to your inner anchor. Who holds the anchor? Is it you or someone else? If you are the one that's holding the anchor, it doesn't matter if people will try to move you to where they think it’s right. You are the one holding the anchor and you are steady and constant.
You have the freedom to decide what will be.
You are free to choose what thoughts will enter your mind, you are free to choose what it is you want in your pregnancy and childbirth, and to what extent you want it.
If someone talks about things that are not pleasant for you to hear, you can get up and leave. You should only let inspiring stories enter your mind so that you can remain in a positive environment.
Once you perform prioritization and decision-making, you’ll be exercising your right of natural choice. Once you are the one who is holding your inner anchor, it contributes and promotes your personal development process.

“We all have freedom of choice. Over and over again, minute by minute. How will you live your life? For yourself or for others? For something good? For love? Love.”
