Make a list of the things that make you happy. The list can include material or spiritual things, small or large.

Close your eyes and think of where you want to be in this particular moment. Write down what you see on a piece of paper.

Each time you decide to take a break, open your list and choose from it  what you’d like to do.

This will make you feel better and give you some well-deserved breaks.

Don’t forget to include things you can do with and for others. stressed.
