Exercise and good health during pregnancy is important.

We’re confident your doctor/midwife reminds you of that at each visit.

But, what about relaxation?

You could read a book, take a bath, or even go for a stroll.

However, I suggest Yoga. In this video there is a complete routine made just for pregnant women to find ultimate relaxation for themselves and the baby.

Light stretching, breathing techniques, and perhaps a nap. All of the postures introduced are beneficial in preparing for your baby’s grand entrance into the world.
